While the buzz for New Moon is just starting to reach a fevered pitch - via a trailer, set photos and movie stills - it's never too early to hype the next installment in the Twilight Saga franchise.
We can confirm that Eclipse will be released in theaters on June 30, 2010.
Filming will take place in Vancouver and run from August 17 until October 31. Look for David Slade to direct the drama.
For those unfamiliar with the story of Eclipse:
As graduation nears for Bella (Kristen Stewart), Seattle is faced with a number of mysterious murders. Meanwhile, she must choose between her love for Edward (Robert Pattinson) and her friendship with Jacob (Taylor Lautner), a decision which may ignite a centuries-old war between vampires and werewolves.

I would just like to say that I am a big fan of twilight and would like the director of eclipse and BREAKING DAWN NOT TO RUIN THEM because they are my favs and I woukld like them to be close to the books as possible.
