Caroline acts exactly like a mafia. I think she has picked it up from her father probably. Specially when she says "my family" the move she makes with her nose is a mafia face move. She is manipulative, bully and she has no conscience.

Some of these comments sound like people from another planet. Being from Brooklyn, the Manzo family, as well as the Guiduce family just sound like they're a typical Italian family, protective and loving at the same time. Every family has those you prefer not to speak to, so what! Although Caroline can be a bit abrasive, she appears to be a no nonsense type of business woman. I do however not understand why they give this woman the time of day. Let her wallow in her own depression and don't let her into your circle.

I've read the blogs on Bravo.com and believe Danielle to be the liar and a dangerous to herself, her children, and to people who come in contact with her. My friends and I had a very similar experience and had to get our parents to help us get out of it. We wound up actually having to get a legal restraining order and even then it was a nightmare. I belive Danielle has a very serious disorder and needs to seek the help of a professional. All of that stuff about bringing people down can go too far easily. If she takes the gay slur so seriously doesn't she think that people may take what she says seriously too? I'm confused about that gay comment, though. We have a couple of gay guys in our group and they say that all of the time. It makes me more uncomfortable than it does them. So should I tell them to stop?
This show was frightening to us but compelling to watch. We talked about it last night and we all are sad to see other people go through what we did. I'd have rather lived thinking what happened to us was just some stange bizzar singular thing. Guess this is not as uncommon as we all thought.

No one is perfect and we by no means live in a perfect world....Danielle never did anything to hurt anyone on the show, even when she got into it with Dina, she tried making ammends but with Dina's childlike behavior she wanted nothing to do with her. No matter what Danielle was charged with you may not change over night but its been 20 damn years she has had a lot of time for soul searching...as for her Sexual Tactics its her perrogative (I dnt agree with it, but who are we to judge?) as for Dina and Caroline those are two messy women who played a vicious and cruel joke by trying to expose her past and turn people against her....Danielle had every right to keep that book from all of them, there's secrets you just don't tell newborn friends....Good Luck to u Danielle...the only friend we need is Jesus!!

Can someone explain why it makes a difference whether Caroline or Dina showed the book? Seems to me that Danielle should be equally outraged at Caroline, but we all know she is too scared to start shit. If she's so upset about it, tell Caroline all about it. No reason to be mad at Dina if she did it, but not mad if Caroline did it. Am I right?

I loved watching this series, it was so gripping! I'm from the UK (Liverpool) and just couldn't get enough, it made for fantastic reality tv. I wasn't too keen on Caroline, Dina and Danielle as I think they had ulterior motives. I warmed to Jacqueline somewhat and found Teresa's wacky character hilarious. Regardless of where you've came from, if people do not want to be your friend, you cannot force them. I think Danielle's psycho gatecrashing of the others' get-togethers was asking for trouble. The way she (Danielle) behaved encouraged hostility from Dina & Caroline.
Anyway, I'm watching it on repeat now, I love it that much and I am really that lame.

the manzos are hypocrites!! they are all mob related & they want to talk S(*&%T about danielle? i'm sure the IRS will be looking into their activities now that the show has aired. the former NYPD chief is or will be facing charges of perjury for his mob ties. i can't stand broads like the manzos. they think their shit doesnt stink!! bty, dina's husband has a girlfriend, that's the real reason why he hasn't been on the show once. without their husbands these women would be living sparsely.
