Britney Spears and K-Fed have reached a new agreement on custody - and now Brit has the kids more than 50 percent of the time - at least during her tour.
Yay! More time for them to get acclimated to new dad Jason Trawick!

But seriously, lawyers for Britney and Kevin have filed docs with the family law Commissioner Scott Gordon, stating they have reached a new arrangement.
Nice to see these two getting along better these days. Even though things didn't work out for them, it's good that they can share the little ones amicably.

During June, July and August, Britney Spears will have physical custody of Jayden James and Sean Preston more than 50 percent of the time, which is awesome.

The lawyers submitted a calendar outlining which parent gets to chill with Sean Preston and Jayden James on which day during the forthcoming period.
Before the change, Britney had the kids 50 percent of the time, and the 50/50 split is scheduled to go back into effect once the Circus tour is over.

I wonder how much more she had to pay K-Fed to get this arrangement? She had to pay an additional $30,000 for the month of June, along with his usual $20,000 a month child support to be able to bring her sons over to England with her. I'm assuming the extra $30,000 a month payment will extend to July and August as well. Mommy time does not come cheap.

Agree with Elphie. Love, Britney, she has worked so hard and deserves to be happy. Don't get Kevin, he has other children while can't be with them while the boys are with Britney on tour. (she has plenty of help) Sad, guess these boys pay his way, his girlfriends and other children way. SAD FOR BRITNEY!
