Her "hot, good friend," who moved in just days after she announced her breakup with Jared Murillo, has been seen regularly with the 'Tis of late. Cute pair, no?

Earlier, the 23-year-old singer performed her new edgy rock track, "It's Alright, It's OK" on ABC's Good Morning America. She sounded pretty decent!
