I believe since Michael Jackson never legally adopted his children, though he assumed the role as a guardian/father to them, it is morally imperative that these children know who their real parents are because it has been psychologically damaging to these children with such a disjointed upbringing regardless of how "kind" Michael Jackson may have been to them. There are way too many "selfish egos" involved in this whole scenario that are interfering with the harsh reality of fractured children. These are "children" not "toys" and they need to feel secure emotionally. It's not even a matter of who gets custody at this point, but rather who will be the person or persons to give them emotional stability and security in knowing who they are as human beings and their lineage. There may be medical issues in the future that biological information will prove vital to these childrens' physical and emotional well being. If Dr. Arnold Klein is the parent (no matter if he has a gay partner), this information should be divulged to the children in question. At this point, the courts should demand that medical records be released in determining the rightful parentage or lineage of these children. Finally, at some juncture, these children will want to know who they are. It's only fair for them to know.

Please kindly honour humanity! Why are you raising all this at this time when Michael Jackson is not there to speak for himself! The dead speaks no word, let him RIP. If your claims and allegations are bona fide you should have stated this during Michael's lifetime. Respect children's rights. What psychological trauma do you want to inflict on the children. Michael Jackson has gone through a lot let him rest in peace, why haunt him when he is resting in peace? What evil has he done to you that you cannot forgive? RIP Michael, in Jesus name!

The real point is whoever the biological parents of these children are should be very ashamed to lay any claim of them. It means these children were only worth money to them from the very begining just like the days of selling slaves and the question everyone should ask oneself is how much do you really want somebody to trade you for? I don't want any mother or father that will trade me for any riches or any amount in the world; they are worthless and unfit for parenthood. Just leave children out of your greed.

I think that the chidren like debbie rowe said are michaels kids. I also think that debbie should not get the kids. If anyone should it should be janet jackson. She is the youngest and has the means to take care of them without michaels money. They also seem real close to her. At this late date janet will probabally not have her own kids, so there you are her children. She would be a great mother. Katherine is to old and already has to many people living in her compound. Janet should hire the same nanny the kids grew up with.

Becky you said a mouth full. Michael Jackson is and always will be those kids Father. Klien will only confuse and add more pain in their lives by trying to step in and be their father now. Even if he is the sperm donor that does not make you a father. I have father and a Daddy. My father is the one that was there for me when sick, school events cloth, fed and emotionally supported me. Those kids just lost their father how is he going to try to change family heritage now. Uncle Arnie if you really care about those kids remain Uncle Arnie that the best thing you could do for them. As for Rowe you need to leave those kids with their family. You never wanted to be their mother don't start now. These kids are dealing with a lot adjusting to life without their father. I know I had to go through that. No matter how many ways you slice the pie nobody, no man will ever be there father but Michael Jackson in their little hearts and minds. Leave them alone and let their Grandmother and the Jackson family raise them. That is where their love is and always has been. Don't hurt them any more than they already have been hurt.

No way those beautiful children are Klein's. He could never create such beautiful children. They look 10000 times more like Michael than that disgusting man. I can't believe anyone would believe that after seeing him. he also looks like he's had a few 'prescription' pills in his Larry King interview.

people forget mj went across the globe, saw orphans overcrowded without cribs,aids patients with 2 parents leaving newborns ,1,2,3year old babies, an more.here we get news mom arrested,baby in trash?have you thaught once you could have raised that baby ? maybe someone did instead of just thinking about it.who knows what the history is but all 4 are safe,healthy and cared for by their family,the jacksons.

Michael Jackson is the real, biological father of Paris and Prince, not Arnold Klein. Deborah is the real biological mother of these children. Just look at the pictures of Michael when he was young and compare them to the pictures of the children. You can plainly see the resemblance of these children to Michael and Debbie. Thank goodness they do not look like Arnold Klein!

You can clearly see that these children are not MJ's biological children, no offense. I don't know why he did not use his own sperm, maybe he was impotent? Again, no offense.
I'm just stating what is obvious. No one can deny that the kids don't look african at all, whereas usually the black skintone should be dominant. Everyone knows that. There might be some exceptions, but TWO TIMES in a row? I don't believe that.
Also, they really do look like Arnold Klein alot, don't you think? But that is just my opinion.
I bet Michael was a good dad, I hope the children can have a happy childhood and that MJ's father doesn't abuse their fame status.

Who cares about Dr. Klein and his sperm donation? The bottomline is once you donate your sperm of eggs(for women) you loose all legal rights to the child. LEt me also remind you that MJ doesn't have to legally adopt any child born to him through a surrogate of sperm donation because the legal document provided in one's doctor's office takes care of the mess. Both the donor and reciever are informed about the processes. There's no need for a DNA test because no matter what you DO NOT have any LEGAL rights after donating (selling, in my opinion) your body parts. Dr. Klein should suck it up and face his own business. These kids are MJ's kids and will remain so forever. If they decide to investigate who their biological parents are in the future, so be it but for now allow these kids to grieve their dearly beloved dad!

A sperm donor has no rights and there was no need for Michael to officially adopt Prince and Paris since he was legally married to Debbie when they were born, therefore he is their father. His name is on the birth certificates. Even if the kids wouldn't be his bio children, he was still their daddy in every sense of the word. He loved them, raised them and cared for them. To me, that makes someone a father, not DNA. He has been their father since they were born and always will be.
All these people are just greedy vultures who are now trying to exploit the kids as their father is gone. Disgusting. Why is it so f*cking hard for people to finally let MJ rest in peace and allow these poor children mourn in private with their family? I'm really worried for those poor babies, now everyone can finally see how amazingly well Michael protected them when he was alive. Before we didn't even know what they looked like and now their faces are everywhere. So sad.

Prince Michael I, Michael's eldest son, doesn't have blond hair now as many younger picture shows. It's dark brown. But Prince inherited his father's skin disorder, Vitiligo, which causes white patches/spots on the body. Prince has them on his fingers.

Yeah just give the kids a freaking DNA test. But regardless of the results Michael Jackson raised, loved, cared, and provided for those children therefore he is truly their father and the only father they've known and thats all that counts.
