Source: Carrie Prejean's Mom is Gay

Valerie Vetrano tells Star magazine that she and Prejean's mother, Francine Coppola, were involved in a relationship that lasted until the very night Carrie finished second in the Miss USA contest.
"Francine and I dated," Vetrano said, while another source confirmed the affair, saying it never had a chance, due to Coppola's hesitance to be open with her family:
"Francine explained how she was a Christian and that her loved ones would never accept her if she were gay."
Fortunately for the National Organization of Marriage, Carrie Prejean has not caught gay from her mother.
Reportedly, Carrie had no idea about her mother's sexual orientation, but the friend quoted above thinks her reaction to gay marriage might be different if Prejean's mom had been honest.
"Valerie feels that if Francine had just been open about her sexuality with her family, Carrie would have a better understanding of what gay people have to go through. They just want equal rights.”

No one---no one believes the stories that tries to discredit Carrie Prejean. They sound so immature.
This story is NOT gossip, in fact it is 100% true. Before jumping on the bandwagon of some extreme cause, like NOM, it's better to educate yourself on both sides of the story!
You can't gossip and lecture at the same time. I suggest you do not gossip, and you see if your arguments can stand on their own merits.
