It's nice to see that Shenae Grimes has taken our advice.

For months, we've been telling the star to eat some food, as her gaunt stature has worried our staff.

Then, last week, the 90210 star showed up at The CW upfront presentations and looked... healthy! Compare a picture of her from November (below, left) to one of her at this event:

Take note, gals: The fewer protruding bones you show, the more protruding bones guys will react with... if you know what we mean!

Meanwhile, Grimes also gave an interview at the network presentations.

She said she hopes her 90210 character will continue to get into trouble next season:

Annie was good, good, good girl all year long, always smiling and being pushed around by mean kids at Beverly High and finally she put her foot down. I hope she keeps that foot down for a little while and stirs up a little trouble, gets herself into some messes and learn some lessons! That’s what high school is all about.
