Robert Pattinson vs. Ian Somerhalder: A Draconian Dispute!
By an overwhelming margin - when we tried to make the case that he's no longer the best looking fake vampire in Hollywood - Robert Pattinson fans let us know how they felt about the man that plays Edward Cullen.
Indeed, Paul Wesley got smoked in a poll that compared him to Pattinson.
But will Wesley's new co-star in The Vampire Diaries go down as easily?
In the new CW series, premiering this fall, Ian Somerhalder plays Damon Salvatore, the bloodsucking brother of Wesley's character, Stefan. Each of these vampires is in love with a high school student named Elena.
The setup may sound like a carbon copy of a certain popular franchise, but the books on which The Vampire Diaries are based were actually released years before Twilight. So take that, Stephenie Meyer!

It's like this. Rob is very good looking but Ian is out of this world gotta have him stunning. Ian can act, Rob not so much, still has plenty to learn. Personality? Ian wins hands down no question. My vote goes to Ian.

Rob is very good looking but Ian is waaaaaaay over the top drop dead GORGEOUS, no comparison, the most beautiful and sexi guy I have ever seen in my life. One look at those ice blue eyes and you are made useless for at least 24 hours. BUT Ian can also acts circles around Rob, he has a brilliant and witty personality AND he can even give a coherant interview. So, Yes, my vote is definitely Ian.

I love Ian he's so much hotter than rob and so is Paul but that picture makes him look ugly I can find so much better pics of him then that.Lol.totally agree with stefania

anybody who thinks rob is hotter than ian needs medication for the chemical imbalance in their brain. pretty much, rob is disgusting. EDWARD, the story character, not the man rob ISNT, edward is amazing. but rob is ugly and makes me want to vomit. ian somerhalder && damon, they BOTH rock. they're BOTH ridiculously gorgeous. && i pretty much love them. (&& people who think i'm insulting twilight can go fuck themselves cause i LOVE the books. But in the movie they're all ugly && look like they sniff coke everyy dayy.) soo peace. :]
