Maggie Gyllenhaal and Peter Sarsgaard tied the proverbial knot at a small chapel near Rome, Italy on Saturday.

Jewel may want her gone, but it doesn't sound as though Melissa Rycroft will be leaving Dancing with the Stars any time soon.

In an interview this morning on CBS' The Early Show, Malawi native James Kambewa is again voicing his opposition to pop superstar Madonna's efforts to adopt his three-year-old daughter, Chifundo "Mercy" James.

"I want to take care of her and I'm capable to take care of my baby," says Kambewa, who is only 15 himself. "Mercy, she is a Malawian - so [I] need her to grow as a Malawian, as well with our culture."

Rande Gerber, husband of Cindy Crawford, is being sued for sexual harassment by two women who used to work for him. A lawsuit was filed in March in San Diego County Superior Court by a pair of former employees of the business mogul.

The women, both waitresses, claim they were fired from a restaurant owned by Gerber's company for refusing to give in to the advances of Gerber and other managers.
