By far Adam is more talented and should have won the title, but now Adam will have the choice of picking and choosing a record label. He should have them lining up and Kris will be stuck with AI telling him what to do.

Kris won because people are scared of what's different! They like the safe, no surprise, boring choice.....that's why they all voted for Kris. They know what to expect from him, the same thing over and over and over. They don't want their feathers ruffled. Don't get me wrong, Kris is a GREAT singer, but in no way the same caliber as Adam. Adam gets peoples attention and will continue to for a long time to come! You can't tell me every Tuesday night you weren't anticipating what Adam would do.....he's a pure entertainer through and through!

Kris Allen is an authentic humble musician and won through his talent and resiliance. He completely deserves the title, the styles are totally different and his appeal is widespread across age and diversities. His amazing progress throughout this competition was a testimony to his dedication and inner strength and TALENT. Kris Allen won over incredible media hype that recognised performance artists over recording artists, and gave an unfair advantage in judging critique throughout the season. Kris deserved to win, and Adam could equally have brought it home on his own merits - but he is not the Rock God or Second Elvis, but a theatrical performer. And that, in the end, lost him his title - it was down to a question of music over hype. Both will have excellent careers - so please stop with this nonsense and recognise who actually won the votes - KRIS ALLEN. He rocks it out, man.

Both are very talented people. But I think Adam is more talented in more ways because if his theater experience. They will both get the perks of being there till the end. Adam even more so because of his experience. I think he will become a bigger star than kris even at the end. Do you think maybe adam new that he would win and stepped down from receiving the title? after all he will receive all the same perks anyway. The only difference is a trophy and a title.

Doesn't religion preach tolerance. Jeez what is wrong with you people. Listen up folks, God was invented by pagans loooong ago when there was no explanation for the phases of the moon and sunrise/sunset, etc. Unless your goal is to live in the past, by now you should have figured out that we are nothing but biological beings with an evolved brain. And when it's over, it's over, death, nothing. Sorry to disappoint, but if folks spent more time focusing on how to make things better here on earth while they're alive instead of setting themselves up for success in the "afterlife", the world would be a better place (less war, no terrorism). Stop trying to impose your beliefs and will on others. So Adam is gay and wears makeup, who gives a shi*. Just like I don't care that Kris is a Christian. The criteria was singing talent and under that lens, you are lying if you think Kris was better than Adam. But good luck to both for a successful career. Seacrest out...whatever the F that means.

I think it's sad that you assume people voted for Kris for those silly reasons. Kris was AMAZING. I heard both them sing, back to back, on the radio earlier today. Adam is amazing, no doubt. But Kris is so talented .. stop bashing because the person you wanted to win didn't. It's life, get over it..
Good luck to both men, they're both amazing and I hope they both go far in their careers.

come on, telling kris to sing "no boundaries", the same song adam lambert sings would be like giving adam a guitar and telling him to go out there and play and sing "heartless" just like kris did. adam got boring after awhile with the same type of song over and over. every week kris brought something new. he was a better artist. he could sing straight up or play piano or guitar. i can name one song adam did the whole season that was "Mad World". With Kris i can still remember "She Works Hard for the Money", "Falling Slowly", "Apologize", "Heartless", "Aint no Sunshine". And just because Kris cant sing like Adam doesnt mean he doesnt have the same amount of talent. hes a true artist. Jamie Foxx said it himself.

first off if everyone new there was no afterlife, no one would give a shit what they did here. what would be the consequences for murdering someone, or stealing something? even if you dont get caught there are consequences with god. and if youre saying god is the reason people kill, etc. thats b.s. I have faithfully watched AI for eight seasons with my three daughters and husband, and I have never been blown away by any of the talent; until Adam Lambert! Kris Allen belongs in his home town bar that's about how far his voice will carry. He strains and squeaks to hit any challenging note, any many of those are flat! I can't stand watching him sing with his crooked mouth. Adam on the other hand has the most amazing voice, when he sings it is effortless, not to mention he is gorgeous and has all the charisma! What makes you think the only music he would produce would be hard rock?

I really think Kris deserved it because in my opinion Adam was just getting annoying and just screaming all the time which is pretty bad if it annoyed me considering i listen to hardcore screamo!! Not to mention he was becoming way too cocky like he had already won it and that probably turned a lot of people in kris' direction..just sayin'
