So Kelly Clarkson is a bit overweight—big deal. So are half of us these days. She is also a very pretty, talented, and successful lady who I would jump at a chance to date.

LOOK AT HER SHE IS FAT , AND NO, THAT IS NOT HEALTHY. U Guys always like to say fat people are healthy and they have great personality LMAO. Personality yes good, GREAT. But dont say we should accept this example of BAD HEALTH. Children look up to her and its not ok to encourage bad habits.

you must be crazy to think simpson has a terrible voice. bad habits and ridiculous marketing doesnt change the fact that she can sing. one youtube search and you can hear that she can sing. im not even a fan of hers and i know she can sing. im not a fan of hers not cuz she cant sing but cuz she makes terrible music. both women big or little, their voice remains steady. jessica came out young in the late 90's where blondes were platinum or dirty, the clothes were tight, bright and pleather and the pop was bubblegum. and she was marketed more on looks and less on voice. if shed get rid of some bad habits and just sing, like clarkson, i might download a single or two.

Kelly Clarkson is not fat. Come on guys, who do you think you are. Kelly is AVERAGE. I would rather someone be overweight and especially confident in themselves than to be severely underweight and under confident. Now, either shut the hell up or take your fat asses and go punch yourselves in the faces. or just go home and masterbate if you want entertainment and stop dissing poor Kelly!
Leave her alone. 150 pounds is barely overweight. And who says that a celeb should watch his/her weight more than a non-celeb. We are all people and should treat each other better. No wonder other countries insult the US. We suck as a nation. No one cares about no one here.
She isn't a lesbian, either. We all have curiosities, and who has the right to tell her how she thinks? WTF!? People in America suck because they are always making fun of the small things in hollywood or LA or other places where celebs are. But what about them...I'm sure a 400 pound woman might come on and say Clarkson is fat only because of 1) It's hip...everyone else is doing it and they don't want to be left out, 2) They are heartless sons of bitches, and/or 3) They just don't like celebs and are jealous and just want to destroy their lives and make them depressed. No one cares anymore. Life is short...so just make the best of it. Deal with your problems...don't interfere in someone else's...it could come back to bite you in the ass...HARD!

You people are high if you think Kelly's weight is average. SHE IS FAT! Did you see her appearance on Saturday Night Live? Good God, she is still cute and I'm pretty sure she's a good person, but she has seriously ballooned. I'm thinking her new song, My Life Would Suck Without You, is about her living without fast food and pastries. Oink, oink! She looked awful in that tight blue dress on SNL. It’s pretty sad because personal weight issues are usually a sign of unhappiness. Get with it, people! This is not just an image issue. It's also a health issue. I'll refrain from saying anything else that's mean, or can be interpreted as being mean, but Kelly needs help and I hope she gets it. The rest of you who think she looks good need to put the bong or crack pipe down and sober up.

Yeah, Anna. You're right. 150 pounds isn't overweight...if Kelly was 5'-10"! Get real. She's VERY FAT for her size. She needs to lose at least 50 pounds. Like it or not, overweight people project themselves as gluttons without any self-control. As I write this, it would surprise me if she had her face buried in a cream pie or chocolate cake. Lay of the KFC and Burger King, and get on the treadmill, Ms. Piggy!

Ohh please .. she's an awesome singer ... who cares if she's the size of an elephant (which she's not) infact i think she looks better than she did when she went really thi at one stage ... she's looking gorgeous .. if she's pregnant - she's pregnant, if she doesn't care about her weight - good on her, if she likes the clothes she wears - great to see someone with a mind of their own for once. in my opinion she's a fantastic singer .. i dont what she looks ike nor what she's wearing, neither should any of you if you truely appreciate her as an artist.

I admire her that she doesn't care what she looks like. She is entitled to eat and be a size 12...why is it a crime if she's not a size 0? Come on people---get a life? What has the world come to if everytime a girl puts on the LB's she's all of a sudden pregnant? Like you people are so fuckin' perfect...come on already!!! We need more people like her in the spotlight...

The people that are making excuses for Kelly are probably pigs themselves. She is a public figure! If she or anyone else doesn't ever expect to be judge or scrutinize, then don't be famous. It's a cruel world. Right or wrong, it's human nature to judge people, especially if you're in the limelight. That's part of the price for fame!

Good grief! A bunch of morons on this blog who are defending Kelly's fat ass. You're probably fat yourselves, which is why you're so defensive on Kelly's behalf. Have you seen some of her recent photos? DID YOU NOTICE THAT HER KNEES ARE BUCKLING? THAT'S BECAUSE SHE IS OVERWEIGHT! Who cares if Kelly is fat? Well, she better care because if she doesn't, not only will she continue to look like a hippo, she'll be looking at some health issues (e.g. clogged arteries, diabetes, high blood pressure, hemorrhoids, etc.).
