I'm not defending Jon but Kate is NOT and never was a sweetheart to him...she was w/ the kids but she was a horrible spouse! Even my wife thinks she treated Jon like dirt and we both think that he finally got the balls to stand on his own feet and tell her to fuck off. I don't agree w/ him possibly cheating but I do give him props for not taking her shit. Other than that, the show was great...too bad to see it all go down so fast.

i saw their little announcement show and all i can say is the whole time kate looked like the mature fighter and jon looked like a loser who gave up with his stupid little ear piercings and he basicly looked and acted like a guy who wanted to be in highschool again and just wants to escape. what a sorry excuse for a man. I never really liked Kate but after seeing this she's the one who has pushed him to take a stand for himself etc.. he would have never become what little man he is without her

Its interesting that nothing is going on between Jon and Deanna. However, why leave Kate at home and go to Utah with her and her girlfriend. And why would Deanna come over to sunbath the Jon's home, she doesn't have a place to sunbath at her house? Jon says that he made a bad decision. But it seems as if he has made plenty of bad decision, in fact enough bad decision for Kate to file for divorce. I'm just wondering how long he is going to stay with Deanna. I mean if he didn't stay with a women who he has had 8 kids with what does she have. But what does around comes, comes around. Deanna you and Jon are going to get yours. LOL

First of all, it take's two to produce, one to carry and two to raise, build and come together as "ONE". When you start with nothing it is a struggle; having too much, you fall in the end; just enough to get you through thick & thin is what live is all about. You should ask yourself "IS IT WORTH IT?" Material things break fast, money come's and goes much faster, but love should never die espically when you give life from your life. Kate & Jon, your children needs your love, support and attention not material things. You both had your time as a child. We all are not perfect..

you know what, the brother of the mistress says it so. what's best for Jon should be a "sorry i failed" rather than trying to say he didn't take his stand for the longest time he was married.
i think there's more to it than saying a lot of things to each other. its infidelity and unfaithfulness...
one should say sorry and admit the mistake..then maybe the separation they want would be easily arranged. the kids would really suffer..

I would like to know how many of you would be a "sweetheart" to your husband when your husband was cheating om you. I think Kate IS a sweetheat and got lost along the way. Jon is looking more and more like the devil.
For you who talk about her berating him-remember in the beginning episodes, when she was still a "sweetheart" in the public eye, and he made fun of her for letting her blonde hair go natural and also of her body-after she had just had 6 babies after twins....she got the blonde hair...she got the bikini body...and you know what? SHe resents Jon for being shallow.
Go figure.
These people had everyhting...and you know what? It was Jon that threw it away...she was trying. Jon is a classic passive aggressive...this just shows we don't know what is going on when the camera isn't rolling...at least Kate is honest.

How credible is a brother who is willing to throw his sister under the bus. For all any of knows they are completely astranged and he is trying to make a quick buck. That video doesn't prove anything. He could have dropped off her pay check or kids homework or anything for all we know. Don't make stuff up - have real proof. The two of them kissing?? something better than that. Who really cares anyways - the poor guy looks beat to death and in need of a fresh start or change.

They're TV stars now, you can't forget it's a business..producers and writers do ANYTHING to promote a show. Even if it's not true, those rumors put a lot of strain on a marriage. I hope they work things out!

I bet YOU wouldn't want cameras following you around and tabloids making a freaking soap opera out of your life. If things continue on like this, its pretty obvious that they will get a divorce.
