John Mayer Boasts of Dating Prowess, Denies Douchebag Status on Twitter

In a series of Twitter rants, John Mayer defended his dating of hot girls, then explained in detail why he is not a douche, but merely a "showbiz type."

Guy cares way too much about what people think for a guy who goes out of his way to act like he's laid back and doesn't care what people think.

"I love how some dudes hate me for dating their fantasy girl, as if they were going to if I hadn't," the lame singer, who has dated Jennifer Aniston, Jessica Simpson, Jennifer Love Hewitt, Minka Kelly and Cameron Diaz, posted yesterday.

Mayer, who has recently been tied to aspiring actress Scheana Marie, explained the difference between "douches," "famewhores" and "showbiz types."

"'Showbiz types' are people who grew up talking to themselves alone in a room for hours until they found some sort of outlet," the douchebag opined.

"Once they found that outlet, everything fell into place," he says. "Except for the fact that they still never worked out why they still talk so much."

"So you see, though filled with deep emotional voids that can never be filled, Showbiz Types are an important part of our Nation's tapestry," he concluded.

"I'm a Showbiz Type. But I am not a douche!!"
