On second thought, even Eminem admits he may have made a mistake when he referred to Mariah Carey as a "whore" in the single "Bagpipes from Baghdad."
Following a challenge thrown down by Carey's husband, Nick Cannon, Eminem told British DJ Tim Westwood:
With the song “Bagpipes From Baghdad,” there’s a line on there, I mean, I kinda spazzed out on that record but I guess I spazzed out on every record. There’s a line on there that was a little harsh, you know, it’s a harsh line… but you know man, the way I look at it, I said it, I had no idea he was going to take it like he took it.
I had no idea Nick Cannon was gonna start wildin’ out on me. No pun intended. I heard about some of the things he was saying, I didn’t read his blog or anything. It is what it is, he’s supposed to defend his wife. I expected him to do that. But at the end of the day, it’s a line I said, but I meant to say is I wish them the best.

Yes he has some crazy topics and bashes on celebrities but thats eminem. But at the end of the day no one can rap or even compare to his skills. Just go check out the billboards and you will see eminem #1 next week after a week of sales have gone by which he already sold about 600,000 copies.. IMAGINE IF HE WAS GOOD !!! lol..

YOu have GOT to be kidding me.
This is how simple this situation is:
Eminem dated MC, who denied it because he used to be too controversial to want to be associated with, and Eminem took offense to her denial, and yet he DID get over it. (HE MARRIED KIM AGAIN DIDNT HE???)
Then later on in life, he wrote this song that Nick Cannon gets pissed off about.So nick pulls out the race card and startswildin out of Em's a***. But Em is a big boy now, and he knows that thsi will only helps sales as well as his image by speaking out ina a calm matter.
And you know what? Em maybe NEVER dated MC. But that still does not give Nickthe right to go crazy like that. I AM BLACK. So don't say I dont understand. MC is black, whether by a drop or a quarter of an ounce, but Em never called her a racist word!!!
Sara, you're right on the whole, "Men get mad when wives are called names," concept, but DUDE... Eminem is more than aware that his shit would attract attention. That's how he does it! And I like Em's music most when he makes fun of people. It's guys like him that help remind the world that EVERYBODY, famous or not, is HUMAN, and has PROBLEMS. Why else would Michael Jackson ask for the song "Just lose it," to be pulled off? Because he is HUMAN. and Eminem spoofed on his PROBLEMS. But MJ needs to lighten up.
So the bottom line is that Em just did what he always does, Nick overreacted and said some pretty dumb things, and Mariah is WHERE??? hiding behind him because she's SOOOOO embarrassed! Nick needs to back off. Either way, Em is selling more.
And as an afterthought, you and I both know that in a battle, Eminem would kick Cannon's sorry a**.

Eminem is just a desperate guy trying to get attention...
Nick's reaction was a normal initial reaction of a husband whose wife was called a whore...
but there's no taking back... Eminem cant make a better song without the words fuck, fuck and fuck... on the other hand, Obsessed was not the best song but sure is a classy and witty way to give the loser the attention he wanted
