Maybe Clay should vocus more on World poverty, rather than blogging about someone else's performance. Good thing he's not a judge for American Idol!

Clay offered his opinion when asked by a fan on his fan site, is the way I understand it. He then offered a gracious apology for his use of words. Simon said much worse about Adam ROF performance. Funny thing is, I bet Adam would not have any issues with Clay original comments or his apology. Most posted are bashing Clay for what they themselves are doing here. That's the pot calling the kettle black. I think both Clay and Adam are great entertainers.

This is ridiculus. Clay Should not have even apologized to begin with. He gave his opinion, end of discussion. No body is asking Adam fans to apologize for things said about Kris. GET OVER IT PEOPLE.

My biggest beef about Clay is that he keeps on harping on the fact that his season is the ideal season with two raw talents competing. The two raw talents have NOT risen above the bar of mediocrity that they have set for themselves six whole years after Idol. Bottomline is I would rather give a platform to obscure talents who have the passion for music, who live and breathe music polishing their talents in their own little corner of America before deeming themselves worthy of national exposure via Idol than the Clays and Rubens of this world.

Clay was not pumping up his season. He said the first 3 seasons were about looking for unpolished non-professional talent and by season 4 the show lost its way. He is totally right in everything he said.

If Clay Aiken wanted to comment in such a way about another artist's performance, he should expect certain reactions from the performer. It's only natural.
The use of language in the comment is offensive, that is a fact.
Since Clay Aiken has the right to comment, Adam has the right to defend himself. Clay Aiken is beign honest about how he feels, so is Adam.

Clay is jealous of Adam and others. Clay needs to learn to shut his mouth. He has dissed tons of people since his early Idol days, and has burned many bridges. Claymates need to get a life! Clay has no use for anyone unless they spend money on him. What kind of moron spends $35,000 to have dinner with Clay, only to be told by his overweight bodyguard what to say, and what not to say, to Clay? His career's over anyway. Hope Angela and Quiana have found a better job. At least Angie won't have to hear jokes on stage about her big boobs anymore. Clay is very disrespectful, or was that part of his game?
