Spencer Pratt, Heidi Montag "Deeply Concerned" About "Safety" as Sham Wedding #2 Nears

As we know, The Hills' gruesome twosome, a.k.a. Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt, is officially getting married tomorrow in Pasadena, California.

We also know, considering who we're talking about, that a major publicity stunt (even by their standards) will go hand-in-hand with the nuptials.

Get this - reports say the pair is "deeply concerned" about safety - so they're trying to keep paparazzi at bay. Seriously? Speidi not wanting attention?

Well, a flyer sent around the Pasadena neighborhood where they will be tying the knot asks residents to sign a petition allowing Spencer, Heidi and crew to shut down some local streets and sidewalks for "an untitled reality TV project."

Also known as the wedding.

Plastic Pair

Moreover, the plastic pair wants No Parking signs on a strategic street "to discourage paparazzi from parking and hiding out in their cars" for safety reasons.

This from the two biggest attention whores in all of Hollywood, a tandem that welcomes celebrity gossip publicity and makes a nice living off that alone?

Hmm. Could it be they want to restrict celeb news photographers' access because it's more lucrative for them to sell exclusive pics to just one publication?

As in, what they did with their fake Mexican wedding, which Us Weekly nabbed the exclusive shots to (despite that it was allegedly a spontaneous thing).

Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag also say in their appeal to the neighbors that they will be filming "interior and exterior dialogue" at the Pasadena church.

We're guessing those are the wedding vows on the cue cards. Check out these Hills spoilers for more on the big wedding - who's going, who's not, etc.
