Paris Hilton is desperate for attention, money, fame and friends resilient.

Despite having been dissed - and dismissed! - through the years by friends such as Nicole Richie, Kim Kardashian and, most recently, Brittany Flickinger, Paris is putting herself out there again.

The utterly talentless heiress is filming a second season of My New BFF, the reality show in which Hilton puts potential pals through a series of challenges in order to see which is worthy of accompanying her to Les Deux or Hyde every night.

Isn't that how everyone makes friends?
