Ok, "tony AhMu," but this begs the question: Why would you choose to follow a verse in the bible that discriminates against your fellow man? Can't help but noticing that you choose NOT to follow rules that might limit your diet or your wardrobe... yet DO follow passages that actively affect others in a negative way.
Personally, I'd prefer to follow the overall lesson of God, the one that says to "love thy neighbor as thyself," than to pick and choose lines from the Bible, especially when they create so much happiness for my fellow man.

Of course we pick and choose. Just like you, NO ONE can follow EVERY rule. Prejean is correct...biblically correct. Just like gays pick and choose NOT to follow THAT rule. Everyone thinks that if if you obey one thing in the bible you're a hypocrite if you don't follow EVERY little detail of the bible. Get real. We all determine what is important to us and act on it.
