I think you need to actually FIND OUT who Noel Fielding is before you go saying that's him in that picture and that he is going out with Mischa Barton...
A) No, it is not him
B) He has a girlfriend
C) You aren't a very good magazine if you can't tell who a celebrity is from a photo THAT clear
