Family of Samantha Ronson Seeks Restraining Order; Lindsay Lohan Acknowledges Break Up

The latest on the break up between Samantha Ronson and Lindsay Lohan is far from pretty.

According to Us Weekly, the British DJ's mother and sister asked Beverly Hills police how they could file for a retraining order three days after Lohan was barred from a Ronson family event.

"They were directed to the court to get a restraining order," Beverly Hills Sgt. Nutall said.

Was the request focused on Lohan? That's unclear... but quite likely.

On Friday night, at an event honoring Charlotte Ronson, security were told not to open the doors for Lindsay. Following the snub, Lohan Twittered insults directed at the Ronsons; she then attempted to barge into Samantha's brother's hotel room.

Following that ugly incident, the locks on Samantha’s house were changed yesterday.

Meanwhile, Lohan has not owned up to her actions - but she has admitted to the break up. She told E! News:

"We are taking a brief break so I can focus on myself."

Is Lindsay implying that she does not focus on herself every second of every day? That's funny.
