I think it's great that she spoke her mind and is sticking to what she believes in but what the hell?! Why would she need to protect marriage from gays?! Now I think she is after fame and frankly, in my opinion she talks total bull! Exactly like you said, why does a gay/lesbian couple threaten a heterosexual couple? Even if someone is gay they are still a human being and they still love like straight people, there is nothing wrong about it. In my opinion, marriage should be a right. 'Protecting marriage' from gays and lesbians i slike taking away a right. It's being discriminated against. How do you think she would feel if someone said she wasn't allowed to be married because she is blonde?
I understand that everyone has the right to theit own opinion but I think she hsould shut her mouth before she seriously offends some people (more than she has already).
I find it so funny that so many of the celebrities have been so righteous these days to jump on the band wagon to support homosexuality. I just find it amusing how todays society has been so accepting of gay marriage. I have no problem with a woman loving another woman or a man loving a man they will meet their maker one day. But I still hold a strong faith that we were told to go forth and multiply our lord meant man and woman. I am glad that this young lady is not afraid to speak her mind on this issue. Too many people are afraid to voice there opinion anymore because then you get all these gay and lesbian groups screaming their constitutional rights are being violated and in todays world no one wants to go there and challenge it. What ever happened to keeping it in the closet. It does not matter to me if it is her 15 minutes of fame at least she is speaking what is on the minds of others.
