Allison Iraheta: Already a Winner
by Hilton Hater at .It won't be for a lack of talent, but Allison Iraheta isn't gonna win this season of American Idol.
Perhaps the 16 year-old crooner would have had a chance in past years, but she's up against the incredible juggernaut that is Adam Lambert now. Everyone else on the show is simply singing for second place.
Fortunately for Iraheta, she's already experienced a winning sensation.
According to reports, the young talent laid claim to the top prize of a 2007 competition, Telemundo's Quinceañera: Mama Quiero Ser Artista (translation: Sweet Fifteen: Mom, I Want to be an Artist).
Allison pocketed a $50,000 cash prize and a recording contract for her victory, though she was not attached to any record label when she auditioned for Idol.
Still, does this taint the singer in any way? Should she have been allowed to compete on the Fox show?

I LOVE YOU, ALLISON IRAHETA. YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!!!!!!
I know what Allison wants, and that is a BIG recording contract with a successful album. So I can understand why her winning a smaller talent competition in the past wasn't enough. I already heard that she never really got her recording contract anyway. She's gone from idol now, but I hope Allison still gets her contract through some where.

This information has been on her Wikipedia entry for ages.
She may not have mentioned on American Idol but I am sure that the judges know about it, in fact any hispanic that watches Telemundo remembers her, it took me a few takes but then I remember her voice. So what if she won Quinceañeras? this is a totally different approach and she has demostrated that she is 16 now 17 years old, has talent, is a natural and has lots of class and manners for her age. Viva Allison and all the girls that dare to dream big!
