So the lawyers thought Alex Da Silva couldn't be found guilty.
The So You Think You Can Dance choreographer was arrested Saturday after a quartet of his former female students claimed he lured them to one of his houses and assaulted them between May 2003 and March 2009.
Da Silva, who had been in custody, is expected to be released from jail this week.
