I cannot believe what jason did. I am so disgusted with him. Even if he wanted to break up with Melissa, why do it on NATIONAL TELEVISION?! that's humilating. I applaud Melissa for dealing with this break up not like a weak woman but like a strong one: she said it the way it was. Jason wasn't willing to fight for their relationship, what a mega douche!
And if jason was so unsure, why couldn't he have asked for more time? The last bachelor pickd NO ONE! I mean atleast he spared a woman six weeeks of wasting time with a douche only to end it on television.
I am just so dljfsdjlds with jason!
he is so selfish. i hope it FAILS with him and molly because molly is a selfish fake and jason is a bastard.

i cant believe my eyes.. i cried at the proposal... i was so happy for melissa!! finally! they both found each other and true love...
yes my name is molly but that molly was a light green eyed witch! you can see it! she will cheat on him in no time.. poor melissa! she must be the next bachelorette!!!!! this show has strung me along and for this way to end.. i actually felt bad for jason! jason SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Molly was always pretentious to me and it was confirmed when they did the home visit. Jason couldn't be more wrong...not to mention that Melissa is a Texas girl and we don't play with love like that!!!

I really thought Jason was the real deal, but he completely disgusts me. He is exactly the type of man that gives men a bad name. Molly is fake and sleazy. He'll definitely get what he deserves with her. I just hope Melissa, who I absolutely loved, finds someone who will love her for herself and never betray her or reject her.

You know i stopped watching the Bachelor/Bachelorette a long time ago. I thought it was totally humiliating. All these stuck up losers making everyone feel small and not good enough. That's just crap. As if we don't have enough problems in "REAL" life. No I stooped yet again and watched this pathetic show. Women have a bad self image most of the time thanks to society and their beliefs. Well I'm done with this stupid show. Molly is a cold fish. Jason is just a player that wants his cake and eat it too. Duh, think about this Molly he wasn't an innocent choir boy while he was engaged to Melissa(the obvious great pick). So tell me Molly how does it feel to come in second to a better woman. Oh well, it's not like it really matters, you are the loser anyway if you end up with Jason. You two definately deserve one another. That is punishment enough.

The spoilers were right and I'm VERY disappointed in this show. I will stop watching it as it's not a "reality" show when the people on it are in on the staging. If the show is real, people will watch it regardless and ratings would be high, but to sabotage it for higher ratings...obviously the show was suffering from low ratings. You take a likable, genuine guy like Jason looking for love and turn the show into a dramafest. So if this is a reality show, it shows that men are jerks and girls are needy (i.e., Molly taking back the guy who dumped her for another girl when he had the right frame of mind to choose her outright the FIRST time and didn't, and then how quickly she takes him back). The two of them kissing was like a slap in the face to all viewers. Shame on you!

Jason is a whinny creepy lousy actor ...he couldn't get the tears to flow tonight ) that repeated the same lines with all the girls on every date with every kiss and it surprises me that anyone is shocked by what happened.
What"s worse is that ABC chose to humiliate one of the contestants on national TV and I think as a result the show will tank next season,

Jason is such a jerk! This whole season I'm feeling sorry for him and thinking he's really there for love and he ends up being the biggest whuss of them all. Melissa is a great girl who would've loved him endlessly and he just breaks her heart and tries to humiliate her on national tv for Molly's "eyes". I don't buy it. He doesn't deserve Melissa and he's setting a very bad example for his son. I really hope Melissa is the next bachelorette because she came off as the most sincere & genuine on the show. It's only another month (next episode) before Jason decides things are "different" with Molly and breaks up with her. Then what...a reunion with Jillian?! Ridiculous. P.S. That outfit DeAnna wore was hideous and I don't know who she was tryin to win back in that. And I'm done...

I agree with all of you! Jason is a jerk! And Melissa deserves better. I am done with Jason and this show! It is all fake! Maybe he can start over and change his mind with every girl and the show can go on forever. Why can they not have an honest sincere person? Do none exist? I think your ratings just went down the tube! Hope ratings this time were worth it! I am done!!!!!!!!

I think he made an excellent choice, you always follow your heart and your mind. Never be with someone and thinking about someone else, you will hurt them more. Your only keeping one girl, guy from someone else. But I hope Molly & Jason live happily ever after...

Melissa should have slapped Jason and kept the ring for breaking up with her on national tv and for putting her through the misery. He should have fought for his relationship with Melissa, and if he couldn't get Molly out of his head and gut, then he should had his head examine. Molly should have slapped also for breaking up with Melissa, so that he could have shot with her again. That is like breaking up with one high school date, so that you could take someone else out. Did anyone else notice that Ty and Jason's parents did not like Molly, they were in love with Melissa. Jason's mother even said that Molly was nothing more than a career girl and Melissa was more family oriented. Jason you are total jerk, selfish and a bastard. Molly is nothing more than fake, and she is no where close to being good looking.

I was one of Jason's biggest fans, but when I heard earlier today about what was going to unfold tonight on the show I became very disgusted with him. How could he actual live with himself after staging this whole engagement just to help the show receive higher ratings? He's got nerve. I wonder how proud his family is of him now. He should be ashamed of himself, what kind of role model is he to his son now? He could have at least broke it off with Melissa before tonight, oh yeah I forgot, they meant for it to happen this way, no matter how bad Melissa got hurt. I bet the ratings fall after tonight. I won't be watching anymore. Melissa deserves better than him, he's a jerk. It wouldn't surprise me if he ends up alone after all, and if he does he deserves every bit of it.

When I watched it the finale, I was sooo happy that Melissa and Jason were finally together! But the after the final rose episode just spoiled EVERYTHING. I was complete horrified. It was just unbelievable... how could Jason do that to Melissa?! He isn't into her a few months later, because the "chemistry wasn't working"... I don't understand how he can just get over someone in that short amount of time. It's just ridiculous... plus the fact that he breaks up with Melissa on national TV. He dumps her, and a few minutes later, he starts making out with Molly. Wow, it was just disappointing.
I feel so sorry for Melissa... I think she'll find a really great guy someday.

maybe they deserve each other. She is just as weak to fall right back to him like that! If he can so easily and mercilessly break it off with Mellisa like that- break his commitment, then he just as much can do the same to her. I don't think it will last.The minute things got hard with Melissa he was out. Its not all roses and flowers you know! But honestly, the whole premise of the show is just WRONG anyway.. ugh. it never ends.

I'm thrilled at the outcome! Melissa is a very immature "girl" there is no need to wonder why is she the dumpee. Calling Jason a bastard shows her level of immaturity. Can see why she has trouble hangin on to a man. How sad her folks wouldn't even agree to meet in a public forum. Perhaps she doesn't have that "close knit" relationship she claims to have with them. Only time will tell besides the show is over, now everyone can get a life and butt out of Jason's and Mollys!

Jason is such an ass I think all he wanted to do was get laid. He deserves Molly who in my opinion is nothing but a cold fish, but when your a bastard like Jason I guess that's what you get. I never for a second thought he would actually marry Melissa I just think he wanted in her pants which sucks because I am a huge Melissa fan who by the way deserves so much more than Jason who is a fake. Maybe he should have just picked DeeAnna.

Molly may have "won the trophy," but she's not getting much of a prize. However, neither is Jason because Molly will never let him forget she was "second" choice.
Wow...I think DeAnna and Jason belong together. They both seem to think and act alike. Oh well.

I never have watched the bachelor before and this was my first season and from the beginning I thought Jason was amazing. I wished my two daughters could find someone awesome like him. He always seemed so genuine. I never liked Molly, anyone could see she was totally fake. She was always acting up for the cameras. Melissa on the other hand was supersweet and funny and you just loved her. There was nothing false about her. When the bachelor aired him dumping her on tv all because he wanted to have sex with molly..just goes to show you that the nice girls get dumped. Guys always want the ones who are witches. They are stupid and I hope he gets what he deserves. It was totally staged *after the final rose* and god only knows what else. Trust me, I will never give this show another chance. To have us rooting for something so awesome and turn out to be just another load of bullcrud. ...
