It's been over an hour and a half and I am still so fired and upset of the turn out of the bachelor. It was my first time watching the bachelor and it was for the exact reasons that i saw tonight that i chose not to watch shows like this. The show was disappointing, low class, no class! Gives us no hope for our world today, except trusting God and not relying of feelings and emotions. Jeremiah 17: 9 "The heart if deceitful, above all things, and desperately wicked,who could trust it? After watching this show, the verse in the bible comes alive to me.

I am so sad for melissa. I really think she is an amazing person inside and out and I feel bad for her she deserves happiness and I am sure she will find someone. Shes gorgeous and someone will make her happy one day and not want to let her go. I believe that. I feel she reacted the way anyone would react. I am not going to say it was right are wrong.But if I were her I wouldnt do name calling on the show you know thats for sure. But she still handled it the best way she could being sad,hurt and mad and going through all the emotions she went through knowing that this is being tapped live.How sad to have all this happen to you on tv.I hate to see her that upset and have her heart broken on tv where everyone can see it. I know Molly had her heart broken but it was not even close to the level Melissa had her heart broken. I think Jason is a complete moron and a fake and he deserves to be alone. I thought Deanna was horrible but Jason is worse. I cannot believe he is so insensitive and heartless. Melissa is sweet and genuine and did not deserve this from him. Jason makes Brad Womack look good; at least Brad had some decency to not lead any of the ladies on. I am disappointed that ABC allowed this to happen and air it. Melissa deserves better than Jason and actually it is a great thing that her parents never met the jerk! That was the most horrible thing I've ever seen. I've always been ashamed of the fact that I watch this stupid show, but tonight just makes it that much more embarassing. It was obviously staged, but I don't think Melissa had any clue it was going to happen. The best moment was when she called him a bastard and pretty much said everything I was thinking. These few hours, and this season, just shows what a douchebag Jason Mesnick is. The worst part about it is that he tries to pretend like he's a good, decent guy. I love how he forced his crocodile tears throughout the whole season. The fact that Chris was so excited by this turn of events just makes this whole network seem heartless. Absolutely horrific.

SERIOUSLY??!!! Shame on ABC...completely uncouthe. Shame on Jason too. Is it truely possible to "fall in love" with 3 women, within a few weeks of television dating?? That warrent proposals? I mean hey, I want the dream too...but if a guy proposed to me within a couple weeks of knowing him...KNOWING there are other "women" he loves.....and I accepted...I need to have therapy. Melissa dear...get help.

First of all if I was in Jason's shoes, I also would feel very bad letting one of the girls go in the end. If I cared about them as much as he says he did. I would have done the exact same thing. Why? Because he knew Molly was not as emotional and could take being dumped in the end much easier than Melissa could so give her a try first meet her family etc. and if it doesn't work out maybe Molly will still be interested.
You all have to stop and think before you pass judgement on Jason, what he may have found out about Melissa during the last few months or so. I would guess he had finally met her parents, and we have no way of knowing what he found there.
Maybe it was a run down old trailer they lived in, with piles of junk all over the place, and both her mom and dad chewed tobacci and spit it all over the floor and in the beer bottles, and maybe Melissa has a really bad temper and is not fun to be around. Jason talks about how important his son is to him and he obviously told him that he was engaged to Melissa-they did all jump in the pool together all dressed up-He also said they spent the holidays together-I am assuming that Ty spent the holidays with him--because Ty is soooo important to him but then tells Kimmel that Ty doesn't know whats going on--He just thinks they are different people he is meeting..I mean come on..You have been going on vacations with Melissa and spending time with each other's family--Ty is about to be 4 not 1...kids know more than you think they do...and that's unfortunate for Ty. Plain and simple I don't care who he chooses-he went about this the wrong way and there is nothing he can say or do to make himself sound or look better--end of story

AMEN, Jimbo, you hit the nail right on the head, but I think that Deanna's kind of messed up to, I didn't get to see the first half of the finale, but I liked that she told him h was making a mistake. As for her 'acting' skills I think she knew some what, but was still surprised in a I know kind of way. I do agree with the bastard comment Mellisa made because he does deserve to be bashed by her. I also must say to the viewers who were disappointed in Jason actions we didn't see the last twelve weeks after the final rose. Everybody, chill.

He said on Jimmy Kimmel that basically it was in his contract and he would have preferred to do it in private. I would not have taken him back like Molly did. This man is someone who wants to be in the "honeymoon" phase of a relationship forever. Jillian said it best that when you get old, you want your best friend to be with you. When your partner gets sick, it is not all beautiful and wonderful. The honeymoon phase lasts anywhere from 1-3 years. Then the real hard work begins. That's when you look at the person and say, "Why did I marry you" and you work hard to reclaim your marriage. People keep saying things like "he did the right thing, he shouldn't stay with someone he doesn't love," or "him and Molly are meant to be together, give him a break." However, I don't think that anyone is objecting to the fact that he ended things with Melissa, people (including myself) are objecting to the manner in which he ended things with her and started things up with Molly again. Yes, it got ABC ratings, but if Jason were a truly good guy, he would have thought about Melissa's feelings before thinking about the ratings it would get ABC to do this on national TV.
If him and Molly are meant to be, they are meant to be, however if they ARE meant to be, she's a big idiot for being with a guy who cares so little about others' feelings.
