Okay, I too was like...WHAT THE #@$%? He should've never done that on TV. But we don't know what happened after the show and for 6 weeks. Once the camera's were turned off of them, maybe they let go of all their composure. When they could really be themselves. Who are we to say? And I feel for Melissa also, we want to put her up on this pedistal because of the way Jason went about breaking it off, but we don't know all the facts. I just hope that all the people involved can move on. This whole "finding your soulmate" in a room of 25 people, on national TV, with camera's all around has to be the most stressful thing ever. What were they thinking to begin with with all this, I mean really. Oh, yea, the network was thinking about money.

Molly is a hypocrite and a big SLUT. All along she tries to portray herself as classy instead she is nothing but disgrace to all women. I wouldn't be surprised if she had sex with that jerk on that overnight tent date.
I totally agree with all those who support Melissa and esp. Stacy and Katie76.
Molly has her little puppet now, go manipulate him however you want...that's what he deserves anyways.

I think Jason's best choices were Jillian and Melissa. They were both down to earth and sincere women. Molly seemed a little phony to me. I think the breakup should've been a private affair, and ABC just made Jason look like the biggest jerk, even though this kinda thing happens every day. It should've been private, and I'm sure it made Melissa feel like the most embarassed person by having it happen this way. Probably happened that Jason, asked ABC to help him so he could get Molly back all at the same time, but it wasnt a classy move at all. I think Jason will find out he's made even a bigger mistake in the long run and end up alone.

First of all, i can't believe that everybody is hating Jason! How could it really be his fault? He can't help what he is feeling...maybe things were different after he proposed to Melissa..once the camera's were off of them, who knows what kind of relationship they had. You all continued watching the show even when he said he was in love with both women.do you think that was fair either. That's what the show is all about. I think the whole Bachelor show is ridiculas in the first place. 25 women , 1 man..c'mon! So if all of you people that are complaining watch the show, then you shouldn't be that surprising..you have to realize that this is real life for these people, just because the camera's are on doesn't mean it's not real...haven't you went out with a guy or girl, and broke up with them for someone your more interested in..haven't any of you gotten married, had an affair and divorced? Give it some thought, he's only going with his heart and i don't blame him..at least he's ho

Why are people saying negatively that Melissa showed her real colors??? What would you do???? Of course she is going to be upset!!! Jason is a jerk for doing this on TV in front of millions. Change of heart or whatever...don't do it on national television. Last night's episode was so truly fake and staged.

i'm not one who believes you need to go on a show to find love..the people involed in these shows really have no real time to meet the people they are shown with. cameras make people nervous and fall in love too easy on these shows. i did notice any success where they marry their choice is a needle in a haystacks chance. why anyone would choose to meet anyone this way is crazy in eyes and choosing a wife ought to be done in thier own time. i think its funny how anyone who watches that show really expects a relationship to happen after the camera comes off with the person they choose. i can't blame the guys and girls who do them to not have anyone in the end... there is a reason these people are single!!!!!!

I was in total shock and disgusted with Jason last night. I can not believe that he had the audacity to put Melissa through all of that. First of all I knew that he always had a stronger connection with Molly then Melissa. I feel the show was a hoax and Jason knew what the hell he was doing. I think it is BS that he got away with it and that Molly accepted him back. If she was wise she would dump his ASS!!!

I still love Jason! You can't blame him if there ended up not being anything with Melissa. He wanted to talk to her about this off the show, but they wouldn't let him! Honestly, I just think Melissa showed her real colors after the show!!!! I wish Molly and Jason a good luck!

I was a huge fan of "Bachelor" and I have watched all the shows. However, until now I thought Brad Womack show was whack but this tops it for sure. I personally think Deanna should have never gotten her show in first place cos I don't think she deserved it at all. I have never seen a midget hippo be so self confident. She was too self centered and desperate...true winner on that show was Graham..I thought he was too good looking for her anyways. However, I did hope for Jason to win on that show as Jesse and Deanna were such a mis match. Long behold knew that this relationship was doomed for failure.
I almost knew Jason will get his own show next as he was fan favorite. But I mean WTF was Jason thinking of. I think contrary to his previous appearance he turned out to be such a dog on this show. I can't believe on overnight dates he did not say shit to Jillian and poor girl was pouring her heart out to him, You could see he was not paying any attention to what she was saying

Bastard is to good a word for him. I had a lot of respect for him before. But not any more. He is a gutless a hole. Any body who would do that on national TV is a real bastard, And Molly you are a real fool to take him back, especially after he just broke Melissa heart. Where are your feelings for anyther human being. You should have told him it was to late. I have no respect for you either. I guess we all know now why he is a batchelor. No feelings for anyone but himself. All the girls should count themselves lucky. They are all winners now to not have him in their lives. I am done watching the bachelor for good.

This is a true love story, not fake. Jason Mesnik has found his one true love - himself. He was so in love with these women fawning over him that after his engagement, real life was a let down. So he chose to relive the adulation and blatant ego-worship from the runner-up. Though we all know this will end badly. Molly is not going to pamper him with massages forever. He will dump her too.

I really am shocked...I've read some posts and partially disagree with some and agree with parts of others. I felt that ABC should not have gotten involved. I think that it was very low to see that they and Jason aired the part of breaking it off with Melissa, and I think that Molly was really shocked and may end up regreting the decision to give him another chance. I wonder what her parents will do with this drama...I know they like funky hats...but remember peeps, they are pretty conservative and I think that they may not end up taking such a liking to Jason after all..between him hurting Molly in the first place and then going back to "try" her out a second time. Let's call this what it is...you can't just go around "trying" people on. It leaves broken hearts and tragedy. Melissa was a sweet girl. I don't believe that she was probably as bad after Jason asked him to marry her as when he publicly humiliated her! I think what we saw was someone that "once again" was the "dumpe

I love and enjoyed every minute of the show.
Being with Melissa would be like raising a teenage daughter along with Ty, while Jillian was a wonderful Barbara Stanwyck-like strong woman who would be too much for Jason. Molly is part woman, part child and I adore her too, although she could do better than Jason. If she is happy with him, all the best.

Did Jason ever meet Melissa's parents? If so, was that a factor in breaking off the engagement? Molly said she would never bring home someone her parents did not like/love. Well, what does Molly's parents think of Jason now? By the way, what does his ex-wife think.....?

Jason's lack of character peeked out in a couple of ways....did anyone notice that after he had his (staged) heart-to-heart with his mother out on the yard, he never helped her get to her feet, even though she struggled a bit? Tiny things like, oh, MANNERS count for a lot. He had NO integrity allowing ABC to manipulate the break-up/get-together on TV. Using his contract as an excuse is lame. Contracts can be broken. Reputation is very difficult to rebuild. And inegrity? You either have it or you don't. Neither ABC, Jason, nor Molly have it.

Maybe she is young and immature (although a LOVELY girl) and he realizes that he made a BIG mistake.
No matter what the reason (and he does not owe US an explanation), he had every right to break off his engagement. We also do not know how much of this was controlled by ABC (contract may stipulate he HAS to do this on TV).
