Confirmed: High School Musical 4!
The good news: High School 4 is coming!
The bad news: It will not star Zac Efron, Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Tisdale or any or the original Wildcats gang.
The next installment in this popular Disney franchise will introduce an entirely new cast of characters, according to Gary Marsh, president of entertainment for Disney Channel.
"In crafting this next iteration, we've challenged the entire creative team to raise the bar again - and create something truly worthy of this extraordinary global phenomenon," Marsh said.
Gabriella and Troy have graduated. It's time for High School Musical fans to welcome a new class.
So, who might anchor High School Musical 4?
Our money is on Matt Prokop. The young actor portrayed Jimmy Zara in the previous installment and has been dubbed by some experts as "the next Zac Efron."

Hey It's Obvious why they have to change the csst Zac and Vanessa are not together anymore!!! But Keep Ashley she is such a good actor!!! Stilll the movies are great and can you put the bloopers on this one it makes the movie so much better!!!!

i love the old cast exspecially vanessa and ashley. Plzzzzzzzzzzzz don't ruin the fourth movie with new members if you do i won't watch any high school musical movie ever again and i'm pretty sure a lot of people will do the same

look you guys, STOP CRYING to them saying keep the old cast, because you never know how the new cast will be it might be as good as the old cast or maybe even better. and i think you should do HSM4 with new casts because than it will be easier for you to make HSM5, and i think it a great idea and i cant wait to watch HSM4 if it is hopefully going to come out xxxxx
