Who better to host a raucous Valentine's Day shindig than America's least favorite couple, the incomparable gruesome twosome, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt?

The Hills tandem MC'd the Valentine's Day Evening at PURE nightclub - also known as K-Fed's home away from home - on February 14 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Spencer was his typical shady self while Heidi, who was reportedly in talks to join Season Eight of Dancing With the Stars but did not, looked plastic as ever.

With The Hills set to return for a fifth season this year, rumors are flying that the couple - which just staged a sham wedding in Cabo - will drum up some more drama with a faux divorce, just for the reality TV cameras.

They won't go through with it, of course, since there's no actual marriage to dissolve, and if ever they broke up, there would be no pictures like this.
