George Clooney has been romantically linked to actresses, cocktail waitresses and promiscuous wastes of oxygen.

But Fatima Bhutto would be the first Pakistani reporter ever involved with the gorgeous actor.

According to that bastion of journalistic integrity, The National Enquirer, Clooney is smitten with the 26-year-old Bhutto, whose aunt, former Pakistani Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto, was assassinated in December 2007 by political opponents.

An anonymous source says:

"He’s still out there with his usual assortment of Hollywood eye-candy hanging from his arm. But George insists those days could be coming to an end if Fatima wants to take their relationship to the next level... George has courted her by phone and e-mail and arranged to meet her abroad when their schedules allowed it."
