are you kidding me 4 billion dollars for what slanting her eyes. shes a kid for gods sake, its just a picture, everyone does it. im 15 and i do it. it really gets on my nurves when she does something and then people make a huge deal of it. and for those pictures of her posing nude and all, shes a friggen teenager, what more do you expect. it gets me really mad because i really like miley and i dont want to see her get sued for 4 billion. i slant my eyes in pictures and chinese people comment them saying nothing meen, ive done that to my eyes infront of people like that and theve said nothing bad they were like haha you look good like that.

Four billion is just WAY too much, but there is nothing wrong with her being sued. In fact, she should be, just not that big of a number and a public apology.
Some people might argues that she is just being a child and is just "messing around", but as a public icon and a celeb, her actions create great influences on people, especially children. It doesn't matter what her intensions are, she should've admit her faults for making this gesture for her behaviors.

Yes, one minute she wants to be treated like an adult but when it goes wrong oh she's a kid again. Yes, she really should have thought about that one a bit more. Yes, she can be seriously up her own ass.
BUT OMG!!!
$4 billion is waaay too far!!! You can't sue a 16 year old girl for $4 billion. Maybe it's a god idea to sue her, so she can hopefully learn a lesson or two but that's way too far!!

Honestly, I'm mostly glad.
She needs a good swift kick in the ass for being so self -centered, and a horrible influence for her very young, very vulnerable fans.
But - on the other hand;
Four million is a hell of a lot of money.

I am extremelt offended by the young man, obviously of Asian decent, who is make a racial slur towards all non-Asian people. You can plainly see that he is deliberately opening his eyes wide pointing out the racial difference. Just because I don't have slanted eyes doesn't make me less of a person. He really doesn't need to point out so dramatically the difference. I should file a class action lawsuit against him. I'm very hurt by his actions.

Rediculous weak money grab. The economy is hurting but there has to be a better way then taking money from a child to make ends meet.
