Ok...sooo.....I see this pic...and its kinda funny...because well shes sitting there with an asian guy, apparently these kids are just having fun.
So Kim should sue hollywood for all the actors and actresses that portrayed themselves as asian decent.
Or better yet..lets sue disney for using an Asian women to play pocahontas........

I mean white people are prefered to as trailer trash, and well there are people of all decents that live in trailer parks...but just because you live in a trailer park doesnt mean your trash...you can live in upscale new york and be trash!!

Nikki, you are clearly an ignorant fool. Your statement reeks of ignorance and highlights the exact problem when it comes to racism against Asian-Americans and Asians. Your response to offended Asian-Americans (whom you refer to only as "Asians", not surprisingly) is to "lighten up"; hmmm, i wonder if you'd say the same thing if Miley was in black face or if she made her nose looks bigger to make a "funny" face about African-Americans and Jewish-Americans. I highly doubt it, and I challenge you to respond (which you won't because racism against African-Americans and Jewish-Americans is intolerable, right?). As an Asian American, I have to say I'm not all that offended at the picture and that I would agree the woman is simply trying to get some cash off of her. Even though I am definitely not a Miley fan and I think some of her stunts are truly inappropriate, I don't find this as bad.
However, I am rather disappointed at some of the racist comments left here about Asians in response to the story. That I think is inappropriate. True, one Asian woman decided to try to earn some money from this scandal, but it doesn't mean she truly IS representative of all Asian Americans. And some of the comments are simply uncalled for.

I think this is really stupid and biased. The only reason she is being sued is because she is famous. People all around the world pull their eyes back. Why don't they just sue everyone? Besides she is sixteen, how does that make you look sueing a sixteen year old, no matter how much money it is for. IT IS STUPID!!!!! I hope they don't get a penny of that girl's money. As a matter of fact I think they should give Miley Cyrus money for being idiots. They made a big deal out of nothing and made her reputation even worse. People like that make me want to throw up. This whole thing makes me absolutely sick. I don't care what you think of her, or if you like her or not. What it comes down to is she's just a kid, pure and simple. Notice they aren't suing the rest of the people in the picture because they don't have the money. It's just SICK that a group of people can cry racism and try to bank of someone else's success. And YES she is a success, because the money she has comes from people who support her and buy all the crap in the stores.
Everyone has been saying she knew what she was doing and blah blah blah, but really this is a private picture that should have never hit the internet. When I was 16, I would have not have stopped to think about if something like this would get me sued, especially when hanging out with friends. It's not like she planned this entire photo out and aired it on TV. For those that think she's "a terrible role model" for doing something like this, then you shouldn't be letting your kids on the internet to begin with

i burst out laughing at this. i'm brown, i should sue every celeb who goes to the beach and gets a tan. they know that they will get photographed and that young people will want to emulate their insulting mockery of my skin colour. lmao.
in any case, the fact that there's an east Asian guy there (and he seems cool w/ it) shows that there's a background story, so this pic is clearly taken out of context. the judge should fine this lady for wasting the court's time.

Don't worry, no person under 18 can be sued for that in the civil way in the state of California, and the amount is a clear proof that this lawsuit is just clowny. Plus, you have to see the way Miley behaves, you can see in internet (the Miley and Mandy show) how she acts like an idiot most of the time, it's a matter of behaviour. Nobody can be prosecuted for being inmature.
