Honestly, her brain isn't fully developed as a 16 year old. Just like others her age they don't have a grasp on consequences because her pre-frontal cortex hasn't developed yet, and won't until she is in her 20s. So to say that she is a hypocrite for wanting freedom then wanting to be a kid is completely normal. Every teenager wants freedom but everyone should know that they are still kids. If every single picture with a hand signal or weird face was sued then the whole world would be out of money. That's insane, its not like she killed someone. I'm not sure but is every pacific islander offended honestly? Why are shallow, selfish people looking to take money from someone else and taking offense to everything. If you are taking offense to everything like this you might as well not come outside.

First thing's first, Miley Cyrus is bloody rich. And that's just HER alone, her father is pretty loaded too- and when i point this out i only mean this= she'll live. She's 16 years old, yeah, but she's really immature. Making fun of Asian pple's eyes is funny and is just kidding? To tell you,I'm Asian, and I WAS MADE FUN OF IN SCHOOL b/c children were told that making me feel like crap was funny by society. yeah while I do admit that 4 billion is a little much,I am not shocked that something like this happened to her! This is like the 5th time that she has done stupid photos like this and when you just keep doing it, it will eventually come back to bite u in the ass!! She has to learn that u can't just use the excuse that she's "just a kid." She's 16 yrs. old for crying out loud! She is old enough to know that these kinds of things are hurtful to other people.
