Etta James Calls Out Beyonce
Barack Obama and wife Michelle shared their first dance as President and First Lady to Beyonce's rendition of "At Last," made famous by Etta James.
Sweet, right?
Not according to James!
"You guys know your president, right? You know the one with the big ears? Wait a minute, he ain't my president, he might be yours, he ain't my president," James told fans during a concert in Seattle last week.

The singer then zeroed in on Beyonce:
"You know that woman he had singing for him, singing my song - she's gonna get her a-- whipped. The great Beyonce...But I can't stand Beyonce. She has no business up there, singing up there on a big ol' president day...singing my song that I've been singing forever."

Who is Etta James anyway? Lol Beyonce is a beautiful, talented singer and she is the perfect role model for anyone!! I don't understand how anyone can say a bad word about her. She is one of my idols and her version of the song was amazing!! I think this Etta James person has had her day and wants some of the fame back because now everyone is paying attention the the new girl singing it.
