Adam Lambert: Hot Hollywood Audition

For now, we wanted to highlight the second most controversial contestant on the show (sorry, Joanna Pacitti, you still hold the top honor).
To many, such as Simon Cowell, Adam Lambert is a self-important, over-the-top theater star that can't get enough of his own voice.
To others, he's a breath of fresh American Idol air.
We're leaning toward the latter after his audition of Cher's "Believe" last night in Hollywood. Check it out:

Adam Lambert is by far the best singer on American Idol. He is so amazing and absolutely gorgeous!! Every song he sings could be recorded tomorrow. He is so talented and i love his twists on songs. amazing. absolutely amazing.
Adam is outrageously talented and unique. I am watching from Stockholm Sweden, and when compared to the Eurovision Song Contest, the Swedish Melody Festival, Swedish Idol, or Simon Cowells UK version ... there just isnt a talent like him in Europe either. Amazing range, amazing talent, and amazing presence. If he doesnt win Idol, no doubt he will be like Jennifer Hudson a superstar that slipped through the fingers of the idol franchise. He will probably have a Grammy or two in his near future.
Adam Lambert is one of the MOST talented singers EVER to grace the IDOL stage. I would like to hear him do songs that are not completely rock as he has a BEAUTIFUL voice. I expect him to WIN the IDOL show, HANDS DOWN.
