Vanessa Hudgens Rumored for Role in Twilight Sequel
Vanessa Hudgens' first attempt at being viewed in a more mature light resulted in a nude picture scandal.
Now, instead of baring her body, rumor has it the actress wants to bare her teeth.
According to Twilight star Ashley Greene (who plays Alice Cullen in the franchise), the High School Musical actress has auditioned for the role of werewolf Leah Clearwater in the upcoming sequel, New Moon.
"I think she'd be great," Greene told MTV at a Golden Globe Awards' after-party last night.
Can you envision Vanessa Hudgens as part of the Twilight franchise?

i dont think she would do well in the movie. shes alright as an actress but leah has to be strong, and bossy. Van has this squeeky voice that makes people think shes a kid. i wouldnt like her to be in the movie, but if she was even considered she would have to toughen up a bit!

i like her in high school musical but i cant imagine hre as leah because shes so innocent and leah is so up front about everything in the books it wouldnt be right!!!

dude i cant believe they're putting vanessa in new moon. she'll just ruin the movie i mean she's so....high school musical-ie. i seriously cant imagine vanessa as leah god now the movie's ruined! if she gets the call as leah im going 2 hurt sum1

This is probably gonna be one of those things where everyone thinks she will be rubbish then she surprises them by being really good. I think she'll be great!
