I am watching her E! Hollywood story now.... She defintely had a nose job in the past. It appears so after looking at the high school pics they showed.

Doesn't look like it at all- if anything it looks like she's abandoned her harsh, black eyeliner for a softer look, which would open up her eyes and make them look bigger.
Nose job? Her nose looks exactly the same...

Doesn't look like it to me. If so, it was done really well and you can't tell so who cares? She's still quite stunning.
