The 55th anniversary edition of Playboy hits newsstands on December 12.
And we now know which beauty will grace the magazine's cover: Dasha Astafieva!
On last night's episode of The Girls Next Door, the model - who has appeared in the international issue of the publication; is a member of an all-girl band named Nikita; and was rumored to be having an affair with Hugh Hefner a few months ago - won the honor over two other aspiring Bunnies.
Don't worry, fellas. Dasha Astafieva will take it all off in the next issue of Playboy.
Hefner said Dasha was “the most special” of all the models considered for the cover, which included Karissa and Kristina Shannon.

i thought dasha was a great pick, she has a great body and is super photogenic and knows how to pose, my other pick would have been crystal, the one who's mother was in the 1968 issue of playboy and who also dated hugh heff.... she was actually very gorgeous....but so is dasha and think she deserved her win....you go dasha your beautiful and i hope all your american dreams come true, but don't ever for get where you came from, and to always help your family...!! Are you Fing kidding me? This broad is nutts and so is Hef for choosing her. Did anyone else notice Hope!?!?! i just saw that episode again with the search. This has to be one of the most gorgeous women in the world. Thank GOD for DVR. I could not stop watching her take off that robe, tall as hell or not, she is perfectly proportioned and that body is definitley a second job. Love ya baby, call me. Hef, get your ass to a home, your done. He used to be a hero of mine but now I see he has become a simple trick in his old age.
