Amy Winehouse's husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, has been sent back to prison for failing a drug test, one of the conditions of his early release.
The infraction comes just over a month after he was released from jail on the condition that he go straight to a drug rehabilitation center.
"I can confirm he has been recalled," said Fielder-Civil's lawyer Kate Anderson, declining to state a reason for the junkie's return to prison.
Blake Fielder-Civil could now be stuck in prison until 2010.
He was sentenced to 27 months in the slammer for assaulting a bartender and trying to bribe him to leave the country and not testify in the case.
In November, he was released into rehab after having served only 11 months behind bars. But divorce rumors have swirled even with him out.
To make matters worse (and hilarious), after hearing the news that he had broken the early release terms and he would be sent back, Fielder-Civil is alleged to have broken out of the Live Woods rehab center in Woking, Surrey, UK.
He is then alleged to have dashed to the private London hospital where his estranged wife was admitted last month for a "reaction to medication."
A source told The Sun: "Blake pulled a runner. He turned up in hospital and hell broke loose - everyone was totally shocked. He was asking Amy to forgive him. As he was going back inside anyway he felt he didn’t have much to lose."
Blake Fielder-Civil said he planned to turn himself after visiting Amy.
