Jayden James Federline Rushed to Emergency Room

Britney Spears took her two sons home to Louisiana for a mini-vacation over the weekend. Apparently, the trip hasn't been all rest and relaxation.

According to a report on TMZ this morning, the entire Spears family made a mad dash to take her youngest son, Jayden James, to the emergency room.

Bryan Spears, Britney's older brother, was seen emerging from a hospital in Mississippi early this morning with his nephew, Sean Preston Federline.

UPDATE: Sources say Jayden James ingested something that didn't agree with him. It was not a seizure, as some sites have reported. Jayden will be discharged tomorrow. Britney Spears was "worried" but now is fine. K-Fed is currently AWOL.
