Britney Spears has been fighting with her father, Jamie Spears, quite often of late. As her conservator, he's got the final say over her financial, legal, medical, professional and personal decisions. So conflict was inevitable.
The sore subject of the hour: Adnan Ghalib!
Britney desperately wants to see her ex-boyfriend, the infamous celebrity gossip photographer, but so far, papa Jamie has steadfastly refused.
Adnan Ghalib has been in touch with Brit for the past couple of months, but they haven't spent any time together - even though Brit has asked to.
She's also been complaining that daddy won't let her go out, especially when she wants to go clubbing. May have to do with her aversion to pants.
Britney also doesn't understand why Jamie Spears won't let her take her kids, Sean Preston and Jayden James Federline, out in public during the day.
Bottom line - Britney Spears doesn't like her dad as her conservator.
What, if anything, she can do about that is another story. Friday, Britney was complaining about Jamie Spears at a hearing - to the point where the court commissioner called the star into chambers and spoke to her for 45 minutes.
Basically, Britney Spears is acting like a 15-year-old and "has not been very contrite" about the behavior that led to the conservatorship in the first place.
Fortunately, she appreciates what Jamie has done to get her business affairs in order. She just doesn't get that he's doing the same for her personal life.

Sounds like Crazy Britney is trying to make a comeback. Can the pink wig be far behind?
If she goes on tour and Papa Spears can't watch her every minute, it could get very interesting.

Now, why is it that every other Hollywood starlet with problems is allowed to crash headlong into whatever disaster they come across?
I think Brit's dad need to back up, back off and let the girl make the mistakes she needs to make. Obviously, parental guidance didn't take her very far when she was a teen. Why would it make a difference now?
Britney isn't learning anything. She may deserve to be treated like a child but the fact is that she is an adult. If her family doesn't let her be treated like an adult for making her childish mistakes then she will be doomed to repeat the mistakes over, and over again.

When Britney was being allowed to "make the mistakes she needed to make" last year, the major news organizations all had her obituary prepared and ready to go.
I've known people know who never learn from their mistakes. They rationalize that everything that happens to them is someone elses fault. Therefore, they did nothing wrong, and they don't have to learn anything nor change anything. And they continue to blunder through life, making the same mistakes over and over again. It looks like Britney blunders through life in a similar manner.
It's sad that Britney needs to be constantly "minded", but if she wasn't, she would probably be dead by now.

Her Dad has been instrumental in getting her healthy and back on track. But everyone knows adults cannot be on a leash forever. At some point, maybe after the tour, they need to sit down and set a date, year, time, where Britney would once again be able to take control of her life, with her sons as her 1st priority.
