William Balfour: Suspect in Jennifer Hudson Family Murders
William Balfour, a suspect in the Jennifer Hudson family murders, is in custody. Her mother and brother are dead, and her seven-year-old nephew is missing.
Balfour was once married to J-Hud's sister Julia - the mother of Julian, the boy who is unaccounted for. An AMBER Alert was issued for Julian as of yesterday.
In a cryptic statement, a Chicago PD spokeswoman has said that investigators are talking to "a number of people in custody" but didn't explain further.
At least one of the victims - Jennifer's mom Darnell Donerson and brother Jason Hudson - had defensive wounds, which may suggest domestic violence.
William Balfour was recently paroled after serving seven years in jail.
Here's the interesting thing - according to TMZ, neighbors in the Chicago area who know the family well say a few weeks ago a family member tried stealing a car, which triggered an argument in which the would-be thief vowed revenge.
No one was named specifically in the incident, but William Balfour, who is currently on parole and lists Donerson's address as his, spent nearly seven years in prison for attempted murder, vehicular hijacking and possession of a stolen vehicle.
Julia's MySpace page recently showed a picture of Jason with a caption that reads, "Jason picking up my ass from work, cause bitch ass William sold my car."

Several other neighbors said Julia complained to them that William Balfour sold one of their cars without permission. One neighbor told TMZ that the dispute got so heated William actually threatened to "kill Julia's family."
That's all circumstantial evidence, but Balfour is clearly an unsavory character (unless of course he's reading this, in which case we're obviously kidding).
Anyway, calling himself "FLEX A MILLION" on MySpace, Balfour says:
I AM A 26 YEAR OLD, I RESIDE ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF CHICAGO, I HAVE A WIFE HER NAME IS JULIA, AND I ALSO HAVE A 6 YR OLD STEPSON, I DON'T TOLERATE BULLSHIT, SO DON'T COME TO ME WITH IT, I LIKE TO LIVE LIFE AND EXPERIENCE EVERYTHING THATS WHY I'M HERE SEEING WHAT IT'S ABOUT, I MIGHT AS WELL LET YOU ALL KNOW THAT JENNIFER HUDSON IS MY WIFE'S SISTER I'M PROUD OF HER AND WISH HER NOTHING BUT THE BEST IN WHAT SHE DO BUT DON'T HIT ME UP ASKING BOUT HER, OTHER THAN THAT IT'S ON!
William also lists himself as a "proud parent," Julian is still missing.

I must say i totally agree, with heartbroken. Why is it commonplace, to see harden criminals, working out and watching tv and having the priviledges that many people in this country,( law abiding, i might add) do not have. The monies spent for these priviladges are better spent on people who deserve them. The homeless with children. Why cant we bring back "hanging" in public. Yea , i know there are those who say hanging is too, barbaric. WELL, what do u think when a sleeze gang person, kills little children in cold blood. I myself could not be the executioner, but i would defintiely attend a public hanging. When we stop feeding, pampering and giving these creeps a roof over their heads, then we might see all this killing stop. I mean an old time in the street public HANGING. To the Hudson family keep praying for God only knows why.And Jennifer, darling may God give you strenght to endure, because he can . Put all your trust in him and he will see you through. I can't imagine what you are going through, but just keep whispering a prayer to the "LORD" and he will see you through it all. GOD BLESS YOU,AND THE FAMILY>

To the hudson family I am truly sorry for your lost and may God have mercy on the soul of the person that commited this untimely crime. Jennifer I respect you as an artist and a person and I know that God will pull you through this because he continues to pull me through everyday. I Love You and God Bless!

Where do I start? When does all this madness end? Why is the world so angry? Why do all these senseless killings never end? I just can't understand it. Famous or not, these senseless murders happen everyday & everywhere. Something needs to happen fast! Today! Not Tomorrow! I just don't know has to be done. I sure wish I had answers. I can only think our laws need to change, harsh punishment, & I mean harsh! Of course, I don't want anyone innocent to ever have to pay for someone else's crime. But if our laws were tougher on crimes, like the one that happen to the Hudson's family, I really think that these killings would start to decrease. Hard prison for life, for senseless murders as these. Put them in a 4x4 cell and lose the key, never let them out! No sunlight! No basketball, no TV, no nothing! No outside contact ever! Food, shower & toilet...(sleep on the damn cold floor). I have a hard time saying that, as that's a lot more than good law abiding homeless people have. Ho

Everyone is talking about Jennifer and how sorry they feel for her, What about Julia. I know Jennifer is a big star and I to feel sad for her,however julia LOST HER SON and every blog I read is people talking about Jennifer,Com on people. Show some concern for this Mother too.
