The City stars Whitney Port and Olivia Palermo attended the Us Weekly Hot in Hollywood 2008 bash recently, where Whitney was honored as Breakout of the Year!
"She's absolutely lovely, I adore her," Olivia Palermo, a prominent N.Y.C. socialite, said of her co-star, whose spin-off of The Hills is set to debut in early 2009.

I want to be the first to call it....Olivia has some major problems. She is already jealous of Whitney. I see a spoiled rotten socialite who can't stand to have anyone else to share the spotlight with. Silver spoons can have a major impact on brain functioning and can erode kindness and class right out of a human being. She'd be cute if she wasn't evil. Poor Whitney, she is such a good soul and there are so many blood suckers out there. Pace yourself girl and don't let them walk all over you. Just remember that karma takes care of all evil doers.
