Spencer Pratt, Heidi Montag Emerge From Lair

With all the attention being paid to Audrina Patridge lately, it's as if The Hills' gruesome twosome ceased to exist. Okay, not really. But it was a nice break!

Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt emerged earlier this week for dinner at Mr. Chow and the premiere of Max Payne held at Mann’s Chinese Theater in L.A.

Suffice it to say, Spencer Pratt has not shaved, while Heidi Montag looks to have spent seven hours preparing her surgically enhanced body with makeup:
