Selena Gomez and Nick Jonas are totally sitting in a tree.

Still, the Wizards of Waverly Place star won't officially confirm that her and the singer are k-i-s-s-i-n-g.

"I've gotten really close to the entire Jonas family this past year," the 16-year-old actress says in the new issue of TV Guide. "Nick and I are getting to know each other, but we're not confirming anything."

Sounds like a confirmation to us. What do you guys think?

    i mean miley look at the niley photos and compare them with the ones of him not going out with her he looks MUCH HAPPIER WITH MILEY!!!
