The hunky boyfriend of the actress was spotted this week going on a bicycle ride with eight-year old Noah Cyrus. Justin really knows how to endear himself to the family.

And where was Miley during this rendezvous?  Perhaps finding a new man, or 20.

While performing in England on BBC’s Switch Live show, Miley gave a shout out to British boys.

“I’ve already fallen in love with 20 guys since I’ve been here,” the Hannah Montana star said. “The accents sound so intelligent. I love the way the guys are so classy and wear trenchcoats… I’ve phoned my dad and told him not to expect me home. I want to live here.”
