No one is happier about Miley Cyrus turning 16 than Justin Gaston.

Only a few more years and this 20-year old aspiring singer won't need to worry about being charged with a felony!

The former Nashville Star contestant was on hand for his girlfriend's premature, presumptuos, greedy Sweet 16 party over the weekend, as he played guitar and sang “Achy Breaky Heart” with Miley’s dad, Billy Ray and her older sister Brandi.
