Salena looks better. She has better sense of fashion. What's with those rocks on Tori's neck? And with that fancy heels? Too much accessories kills the look.

i think that it looks better on tori, because it fits her body better.

I don't really like Tori Spelling and I love Selena Gomez so I really hate to say that Tori looks a bit better in the dress. Selena still looks good but I think Tori just has a better frame for that particular dress. She is wearing stupid shoes though!
