I don't really like Tori Spelling and I love Selena Gomez so I really hate to say that Tori looks a bit better in the dress. Selena still looks good but I think Tori just has a better frame for that particular dress. She is wearing stupid shoes though!

i think that it looks better on tori, because it fits her body better.

Oh... I really don't know. But Tori looks very beatiful. I love Selena, but she is very slim. It's my opinion!
