POOR ELIZABETH. IT MUST BE TOUGH BEING SO RIGHT WHEN EVERYONE ELSE IS SO WRONG. HAS SHE EVER HAD THE IDEA THAT SOMEONE ELSE MIGHT HAVE A GOOD IDEA BESIDES HERSELF. WHEN DID BEING A DEVOUT REPUBLICAN GIVE ANYONE GOD LIKE POWERS. IT MUST BE IMPOWERING TO ALWAYS BE AROGANTLY RIGHT ALL THE TIME. AND BY THE WAY I DON'T LIKE ANY OF THE PRESENT CROWD RUNNING FOR PRESIDENT, SURELY WE CAN DO BETTER.

Elizabeth has not lived life enough to be so arrogant.She maybe outnumbered,but mud slinging the other party relentlessly is not intelligent,she does more harm than good, Our Country is in trouble, let's help.
She no longer is asset to the show.She makes it clear that she is narrow minded. I'm a Democrat ,but do not inflict pain on others the way a 30 some thing is doing . We are in our 60's

It's funny how you people. Yes, that's right! You people come to the defense of one who's only claim to fame for hard work and dedication is a reality show drop out! She knows just as much as your sons and daugthers do. Of course you are going to defend her and her views. I guess all of you good christians think that you stand for the right and good. If that was the case maybe God wouldn't be punishing America for all of your poor decisions in the voting booth. I guess you don't think its bad because you placed the fools in office that made it bad! But how can this be Republicans are always right! Right? Riiiiigggghhhht!

I am a registered independent trying to make a decision on my vote this election. I watch debates and read up on what the issues are and I am annoyed with The View. The View is about opinions, plural. For someone who is trying to soak up as much as I can before making a decision, I am not happy to watch Elizabeth get cut off over and over and over again. I want to hear what everyone has to say and I want them to talk about it with out their rose colored glasses. I feel like Elizabeth is trying but they are muzzling her.

Elizabeth is immature and looks like someone whose parents indoctrinated with narrow world view so much so that she is frustrated to find out that other people also have their own opinion and that she cannot speak and chaperon everyone. If everyone was a Republican, then the world would be a better place to live in. Like Sara Palin, ideologies, logic and reasoning has no place in a Republican world view. Either you are a Republican and you go to heaven or you are "others" and you go to hell. Poor her, she is not broad minded and does not understand any world other than the world she grew up in. She is tense all the time and hateful to anybody who does not support her views and her heroes who happen to be all Republicans regardless of their characters.

I quit watching The View quite a while ago because of the extreme bias on politics. Every time that Elizabeth tries to make a point she is blasted down by Whoopie, Sherrie and Joy. At least in the past Barbara used to keep a little control on the conversations. But this is getting ridiculous.
If I were Elizabeth I don't think that I could sit there and take the abuse that they dish out to her. I think it's interesting that they are allowed to express their opinion without being interupted, but Elizabeth is not even given the respect of getting a full sentence out. Shame on you Barbara and the rest of the View participants. I have lost any respect that I may have had for you. I thought that the View was supposed to be all about giving more than one "view" of topics, guess I was wrong.
Elizabeth, keep strong and continue to voice your beliefs.
There are many out here who are listening and agree with you.

I have to admit, I am no fan of Elizabeth's, but I'm starting to feel sorry for her. The View has become so one sided that it is becoming boring and pathetic. Elizabeth never get's to finish a sentence before they pounce on her and then Barbara puts her hand up in front of Elizabeth's mouth as if to scold her for her "view".
And, what's with Sherri all of a sudden thinking she is intelligent. I'd like to know who is tutoring her in current events because it isn't working. When she first started the show all she knew how to do was babble and claim that the earth was flat, duh!.
I went back to watching the show when I heard Whoopi was going to be on, but even she has gone over to the "dark" (Barbara Walter’s) side. No pun intended.
Shame on you Barbara for not being able to maintain control over “all” your employees.

Ms. Hasselbeck is constantly being interrupted, the other women shout over her, and it appears only one "view" is acceptable when it comes to politics. Ms. Walters recently admonished both presidential candidates to stop the "smear" tactics; when in fact Ms. Walters should begin with her own house-THE VIEW.

I do not feel sorry for Elisabeth she starts every fight she is getting... If you talk about red and yellow somehow she goes so far off in another direction to say you hate blue when you are not even talking about blue?? She is so extreme in every subject she has... She wants to sound smarter than everyone and wants to make something out of nothing most of the time... It's so nutz for me when she goes off on a subject I have to turn the channel.. I have no clue who feels sorry for her?? She starts it all the time... but her extreme views and I am not sure how long I can watch the view with her on it... It's simply quite amazing... I wish Barbara would step in more... I don't think the other girls always are right all the time either but at least the have room in their head for other views and not just there view.. Elisabeth feels it's only her view that is right and there is not room for anything else...

Elisabeth is no longer a member of THE VIEW family. She has become a pundit for McCain--and not a very bright one in that she spews the biased rhetoric of the shallow Hannity. When others attempt to veer to other topics, Elisabeth persists in attacking Obama. During "Hot Topics," it seems as if she's been programmed to denigrate Obama’s character relentlessly and vehemently come hell or high water. Only commercial breaks or the appearance of guests curtail or end her assaults. I find Elisabeth's behavior so despicable that I frequently can barely make it through the "Hot Topics" section of the program—often I don't.

I was such a strong supporter of the View. However, I cannot continue to support this show as long as there are people "Elisabeth" with such "Lack of knowledge and so much ignorances" continuing to inflict such garbage to people of our society. As I encourage everyone that I know to "DON'T WATCH THE VIEW", I would just like to say, sorry!

eliz. may be right in some of what she says, but she is so condecending and self righteous it is hard to listen and watch her. i think it is time she left the show. maybe she can hook up with sarah palin, perhaps as a shopper of clothes, maybe she can find some bargains for her like she found for whoppie. it will be cheaper than sarah is spending now and will keep eliz.busy.

I can't understand why the View would take valuable time & have it wasted on Elizabeth who always has a one-sided rubber stamp for her ultra conservative views. She shamelessly exhibits her arrogance. I was offended she was allowed to wear the McCain shirt just another way to show her contempt for Obama that is breathhtakingly ugly. She will say anything any chance she can, against Obama, she's out of control, shows no partially is not ever objective she is a motormouth,trash talking despicable another Ann Coulter, Rush,Bill, Dr. Dobson,Hannity. Why doesn't she go to Fox they all have the same beliefs,ego & loud mouths she would fit right in.

I have watched the View for about 4 years. In all that time I have seen Elizabeth flip flop on issue after issue depending on what the latest GOP leader is.
When asked why the Ayers ad was not out of bounds, she just kept saying over and over again that Obama had never explained the relationship. Good heavens he had only done so 10 times or more but the issue is that the GOP wouldn't accept any explanation. I happen to have been around during the Weathermen era. Ayers did not bomb anything and was exhonerated. Meanwhile there were loads of soldiers and police who shot at and beat students for objecting to the war in peaceful means. It was a volatile time and there were no perfect people. I don't know how any of you see it as Elizabeth being run over. I have watched over and over as she interrupted everyone on the show with ever increasing shrillness. I even contacted the show after a few of these because it was so out of line. I think it is great to have divergent ideas but for God's sake find a Republican who is intelligent and not another Ann Coulter

I was around also, I was also a deadhead, still am I guess. Have you visited the Edward R. Murra building in OK City? What if, let's say, that Timothy McVeigh had gotten off also on a technicality, and that he had been exhonerated. Let's say Obama had been in Timothy's living room instead of Bill Ayers'. Is there a difference? Timothy McVeigh got his just rewards, Bill Ayers got off on a technicality. Bill Ayers has admitted to these crimes, and then he stomps on our American flag and says he didn't do enough. I personally don't think Elizabeth yells loud enough. There are people out there that don't see anything wrong with bombing a police station (how ironic is it that Bill Ayers called the same police to escort him to his car, you'd think he would be a little apprehensive to call someone he tried to kill and WHY would or should they?) Bill Ayers is a piece of crap that is teaching our kids in school and he is backing a senator to be president of our country (I wonder what Ayers has on Obama). Obama was 8 when Ayers tried to kill the judges' family, but he was 40 when Ayers threw him the meet and greet party. If Obama truly didn't know about Ayers, please, please don't elect someone this stupid to be our president. Democrats are so desperate to win, I truly believe they would have voted for O. J. Simpson if that were their choice. It's really sad but Obama will not unite this country, he will tell you anything just be the first black president, maybe, finally, Michelle will be proud of the living in the USA (do you think she wore her black and white dress to try and unite us?). Elizabeth, you are the only conscience of The View, keep up the good work.
