According to news reports, Chicago police have found the body of a child and are investigating whether it is that of Jennifer Hudson's nephew, Julian King.
The medical examiner has not yet made an ID, but the body is that of a seven-year-old African-American boy, the same age and race as missing Julian.
The vehicle that was found in Chicago with the body inside could be the key in unlocking the mystery behind the double murders of Jennifer Hudson's mother, Darnell Donerson, and her brother, Jason Hudson, both of whom were slain Friday.
A neighbor who lives a block away from where the SUV was found says he remembers seeing the car on Saturday. During a police press conference, the man came forward and claimed he called cops that day but no one responded.
Meanwhile, two other neighbors say they're sure that the SUV was not there Saturday - meaning it could have been driven and left there sometime during that day.
If true, it would mean someone other than the suspect, William Balfour, drove it there with the body inside. Balfour was arrested Friday and is in police custody.

I can't believe William Balfour's stupid mother on Nancy Grace. "Oh my poor son. Everybody is just lyin' about him. He never attempted to murder anybody ever before. That man he stoll the car from just shouldn't tried to stop him from stealin it. He jumped up on the car. Damn he shoulda just let him steal it. Don't Ya Know he just a poor innocent littl' baby. All he ever wanted was to just join some gangs, and sleep with all kinda girls. They was just all up in his business."

Im a mother of 3 sons, Keith 14, Benjamin 8 and Christopher 4, Chris has special needs Down Syndrome and I cannot imagine what type of horrible person could something so terrible and live with it I guess some people can truly be Evil,but I dont know you Ms. Hudson or your family but I wept for the dream of Julian that will never be. I promise your family this while you feel like you will never recover from this maddness, I promise you will come to just live with it and one sweet day you will think of your mom, brother and nephew with rememberence of content and not the sorrow you feel in your gut and heart everyday.I am a nursing student and I am looking everyday for a job to support myself and sons, I will never give up and I pray your family never will either.They say God never puts more on us than we can bear,but sometimes it just is Too much. I am so sorry to learn of this tragedy, that so many people are faced with on a daily basis. I know that it can never restore all that you have lost but you are definitely in my prayers. May god bless you and keep you.
