Cheryl Burke and Lacey Schwimmer Accused of Being Fatties
Both Cheryl Burke and Lacey Schwimmer are still alive on this season of Dancing with the Stars.
Still, former co-star and professional dancer Louis van Amstel says the two women are too fat for the competition. Seriously!
"If you want to gain weight, it's your prerogative," van Amstel says in the newest issue of TV Guide. "[People] look at this show to be inspired and think, 'If I just work hard enough, I can look like that...' If they watch someone who's dancing her butt off and she's still heavy, they can be discouraged. You have to take responsibility."
Wow. How do you really feel, Louis?
Maksim Chmerkovskiy is equally critical of Burke and Schwimmer.
"When I first saw these women this season, I said, 'Guys, you know the camera adds 10 pounds,'" he said. "'You have to do something about this."

I got news for the assholes out there who dare say either one of these girls are fat, first of all both of them have abs so I find it somewhat comical to call them fat. Second of all not everyone out there is built for a size 2 sometimes no matter how hard we workout are bodies will never be smaller than a size 8. Who gives a shit anyway? Just because your bigger boned doesn't mean your not sexy, and I think its good to show different styles of sexy and skinny. How dare anyone call either one of them fat! These girls are gorgeous and have sexy curves and are not obsessed with being a size 0 like everyone else in Hollywood. By the way I hope anyone who thinks there fat blows up to a size 28 and sees what a real overweight person is.

God. What the hell is that? What is wrong with people lately? Neither Lacey nor Cheryl look fat, they're both beautiful, confident, smart and talented ladies. The world needs more role models like them in the spotlight. More people who look like human beings. What is it with our awful tendencies to judge a woman by their weight instead of who they are? One of our society's biggest flaws today is that no matter how beautiful a person you are, you're still ugly if you look like a human being. Personally, I would a hundred times rather look like Lacey or Cheryl than like one of those skinny stick people who seem to be dominating Hollywood lately. They're absolutely gorgeous, end of story.
Who do Maks and Louis think they are? Idiots.

I am not being mean or nasty here, but really, I think Lacey looks just plain fat, and also cheap. It is FAR more beautiful for me to watch the other dancers, many of whom are not anorexic or overly skinny but do look healthier . Curvy is different than fat. Lacey looks fat. And she is young, she will be very porky as she ages, maybe even obese.

Lacey is my fave pro dancer too :'(
It doesnt matter how big the pro is, its just if there a good dancer, and Cheryl and Lacey are GREAT!

Both these girls look fantastic,they dance as if possesed and are very well groomed. Please let the fans with class have a person they admire dance for them, after all make love to a skinny stick and see how many splinters you get. Dance on Lacey and Sheryl.

Wow!! I am totally hating Max and Lewy now. What a terrible thing to say about two beautiful and talent women. To say you have to be skinny to dance is an insult.
Their bodies are proof to the fact that women have natural fat. No matter how hard they workout it is not coming off. And believe you me they are dances their butt's off everyday.
Curvaous is beutiful too.

First of all, both of these women are GORGEOUS! They are beautiful, talented, driven, confident and smart. Second, here is yet another example of how we continue to measure the worth of a woman by her weight instead of who she is. These women are both great role models for girls today. Women who are healthy and strong, not sickly-skinny and restrained. I, for one, would love to see more women like Cheryl and Lacey in the spotlight, for something other than their weight.

These two are obviously healthy, powerful, confident women... with more endurance and grace than your average "skinny" girls. It's the skill and athleticism that make a dancer attractive, sexy, and mesmerizing, not how visible her bones are- grow up, boys (judges)! Perhaps they just don't know women (or dancing) very well ;)
